The Yarrows Taranaki Cycle Challenge has become one of New Zealand's premier road cycle events with over 1500, competitive and recreational cyclists enjoying the day. This event is always held on the Auckland/Bay of Plenty Anniversary weekend. On line entries available end of October.

Great effort from everyone who took part and a big thank you to all of you who participated in the 2012 event. Thank you to all the sponsors, helpers on the course and all the people behind the scenes that help make this event run so smoothly. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2013.

Team placings

We sincerely apologise that the team placings were not read out , the results sheet had not been given to the compere and we didn't realise until it was mentioned after the prizegiving. The first 3 placings in each category are available on the right hand side.

Kids Fun Bike event

PIHMS in association with OMV sponsored the Kids Fun Bike event. Great to see the kids having fun riding on their own course, well done kids!

The Taranaki Kids Sports Trust

A percentage from every entry is donated to the Taranaki Kids Sports Trust. This is a charitable fund set up by Selwyn & Gayle to help Taranaki kids realise their sporting dreams. Applications have to be endorsed by the principal of the school they attend. Over the years we have been able to help a number of children and teenagers and would like to thank you for making this possible.
