Entry fee includes a food & drink voucher.
Refund Policy
No refunds after 16 January 2012, or in the case of the event not being held because
of a natural disaster or circumstances outside the control of the event organisers.
All refunds prior to this date will incur a $15.00 administration fee.
Merchandise
Pre-paid event merchandise is to be collected on the day of registration (27
January 2012). Merchandise will not be posted prior to the event. There is a 4
week lead in time and orders received after 1 January will be sent after the
event. Order early to ensure yours is available on the day.
Online Entry Process
The online entry process consists of a number of simple forms which need to be filled
in before proceeding to the Check-out whereby Rider Fees, Merchandise and Donations
can be paid via Visa or Mastercard using a secure online payment system. Please note we are not able to accept AMEX cards.
